Getting started with Dispatcher

Dispatcher connects your AI Voice agent to your jobs platform. When your voice agent answers a call, Dispatcher checks real-time technician availability and books the job automatically.

What you need

1. A Dispatcher account — Sign up here
2. An AI Voice platform — GoHighLevel, Vapi, Bland AI, Retell AI, or any platform that can send HTTP webhooks
3. An FSM platform — Jobber (live), Workiz (live), Housecall Pro, or ServiceTitan

How it works

1. Your AI Voice agent answers an inbound call
2. The voice agent collects caller details (name, phone, service needed, preferred time)
3. Your voice platform sends a webhook to Dispatcher with the call data
4. Dispatcher checks your FSM for real-time availability
5. Dispatcher creates the job in your FSM with the right tech and time slot
6. The caller is confirmed with no manual dispatching required

Quickstart (5 minutes)

1. Create your account
2. Connect your FSM during onboarding
3. Copy your webhook URL from the Dispatcher dashboard
4. Paste the webhook URL into your voice platform configuration
5. Make a test call and confirm the dispatch
